Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Payment Terms: Pay 50% advance in cash at Kolkata office or via QR/account transfer.
  • 2. Room Occupancy: Room accommodation allows a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years) only.
  • 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the stay qualify for a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued thereafter.
  • 4. Booking Changes: Booking date changes incur no cancellation fees, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
  • 5. Identification: All guests, including children and drivers, must present valid identification at check-in for verification.
  • 6. Taxes: All applicable government taxes will be levied as per prevailing regulations and are subject to change.
  • 7. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 11:30 AM, and check-out is at 11:30 AM, subject to homestay policies.
  • 8. Early/Late Policy: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional charges, depending on availability and homestay policy.
  • 9. Extra Persons: An additional charge applies for extra persons, in accordance with the homestay's occupancy policy.
  • 10. Valuables: Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables during their stay, as the homestay does not assume liability.
  • 11. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for compensating any noticeable damage to the property during their stay.
  • 12. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at Maaykunj Homestay to maintain a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
  • 13. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted at Maaykunj Homestay to ensure a peaceful and family-friendly environment.
